Yupik Organic Soy Protein Powder 90% Superfood, 250g, 6 Count

I tried this product last year and it literally had the consistency of dust. It was almost impossible to eat it or even mix it with anything.
However, I have tried two bags of this over the last two weeks and it is so much improved. There is still a bit of a dust-like quality to it. But it now does mix with water… whereas before it just sat on top of it.
It is not perfect…but the product has now gone from ‘very difficult to eat’ to ‘somewhat difficult to eat’.
The taste is fine and the price is very good – as it always was.

This is the most efficient source of plant protein I’ve found. It’s 90% protein. 38g of protein for a 150 calorie scoop is amazing.

However, it’s very powdery. This causes it to clump. My recommendation to customers is this:
1. Combine multiple bags into a larger container. This lets the weight of the protein make it settle a bit.
2. Keep it in the fridge. I makes it more dense, and I find it kinda makes it taste better in a shake since it will be colder.

It only has a very mild soy taste, so you can use it for baking too if you like. I’ve used it for peanut butter protein balls and you can’t taste it at all.
