Absolutely LOVE this protein and havent looked back since taking it. I’m a woman into heavy lifting and strenuous workouts and I’ve noticed great results with this protein. First of all it blends really well with a little milk or water and it tastes amazing.
The protein also includes a whey, egg, casein and goats milk blend which helps to replentish your muscles immediately after a workout and also provides additional sustenance throughout the day for up to 8 hrs.
It also includes stevia and there are no fillers which I think has helped with stomach bloat, which sometimes happens when i drink other proreins

This protein is great for anyone wanting a low carb protein, personally I am cutting and I would rather get to eat my carbs than drink them in protein shakes. It mixes very well and quickly in a shaker cup or even in a normal cup with a spoon/fork, never had any powder clumps and taste is good (even though I have never been a protein taste snob, especially if it works). Don’t have to worry about banned substances and it is always priced really well and competitively. Just overall the best I have tried.

I have been using these protein blend for ages. Use to have the vanilla flavour, and recently tried this one. I must say, the chocolate definitely tastes better to me. I mix with smoothies in the morning pre/post workout.
Pros:
– there are MANY protein brands on amazon, but I would be very hesitant to buy a protein from a brain thats only available on Amazon. It is just too risky for natural health products that require very little testing. Promasil is available in retailers and many other places. They also have much more credible certifications
Cons:
– While it is not the cheapest protein on Amazon, do you really want to put just any protein in your body daily? Trust the brand, do your research but for me, this brand has my trust

This product has been on the market since 2010 or longer. I say no more. You get what you pay for. If your lookin for an easy on the stomach protein that isn’t full of junk, fast absorption and not chalky. Meet your new protein friends. Im a fan of vanilla because it a versatile flavour you can’t get bored of. Try it blended with a little water and a frozen yogurt cup of your choice or mix it with banana, frozen berries, a few scoops of peanut butter or even with your orange pre work drink for a nice creamsicle flavour. Go ahead, enjoy your pre or post workout endeavour.

It appears that this flavour is priced lower than the others, either due to surplus or it is the least favourite flavour, but for me, I’ve always enjoyed it.
It mixes very well in a shaker and goes down nice and smooth. This is the only protein that I purchase.

I have tried A LOT of different proteins on the market whether from different brands, styles, flavors…. you name it. This one is definitely worth the money and my final choice. I love that it’s a blend of fast release and slow release proteins. It’s not super dense and messy when you use it. It’s actually quite light and easy to work with. I generally always buy vanilla powders but the flavor on this one is excellent. Not super sweet or fake tasting. Excellent protein all around.

I’ve been using Promasil for years. The best thing I love about it is that’s it’s a casein blend so it’s a mixture of fast and slow absorbtion. Its the best of both worlds put into one.
