The product has great flavour and lives up to its description.

So delicious! They’re soft and chewy and don’t crumble at all. Great snack to take on the go (but I definitely eat them as a little dessert after meals too). I’m lactose intolerant and I really miss cinnamon rolls but these cinnamon bars are a really tasty, healthy alternative. Thank you to whoever made these dairy-free!! And without using coconut which I hate! I’m now subscribed to get them every month because they’re just so good.

I eat one everyday for breakfast before the gym. I find them substantial enough to allow me to do a 45 min class and not be hungry. Didn’t give 5 stars simply because they break easily and squish easily so I have to be mindful of them if they are in the bottom of my gym bag. I’ve ordered several times. All good flavours. Cinnamon is my fav of them. I’ll order again and again. They were not part of the last made good recall.

I’m not sure they totally taste like cinnamon buns, but maybe if the cinnamon bun was made with oat flour. They’re pretty tasty, regardless. Could maybe be a tad sweeter?
I do appreciate the fact that these have no soy, which almost everything does these days. Which isn’t fun when you have a legume and lentil intolerance.

The muffins are delicious snack to add to your lunch. The breakfast bars great to grab on the go in the morning. No nuts or gluten. Both the muffins & the bars are very tasty & satisfying.

Couldn’t do better if I created it myself!
They taste great, I love that they have added fruit and veg, I trust the ingredients, love that they are made in canada, they are peanut free for school, they are kosher for school and parve so they can be brought on meat and dairy days, they are soft enough for my baby, not very crumby and I like to have them with my coffee and my husband will take them to work. Jack of all trades snack! They also fit easily into the cockles of my daughter’s bento style lunch box.
As someone who watches calories I do wish they were an even 100 though! That would make them perfect. My everyday breakfast a peice of fruit, a seasonal Starbucks or make a latte at home with a baked good around 100
Calories. Sometimes I do a bear paw, sometimes a mini brownie or cookie or homemade mini muffin but these serve that purpose wonderfully and can be kept in the cupboard for whenever I need them
