This KOHLER 20110-0 Brevia Slow Close Elongated Toilet Seat has been a great upgrade! It fits our elongated bowl perfectly and the slow-close feature works exactly as advertised. The Grip-Tight bumpers made installation quick and secure, and I didn’t have to constantly retighten like with other seats we’ve had in the past. The seat feels sturdy and comfortable, and the white finish matches our toilet beautifully. Definitely worth buying!

$60 for a used toilet seat? GROSS there was literally POOP on the toilet seat! Which is EXTREMELY strange considering it was perfectly wrapped and sealed like it was brand new?!!! What the heck are you up to Kohler? Just disgusting.
Update: I wanted to give Kohler the benefit of the doubt, because everyone makes mistakes so I tried buying another one. Well, at least this one was clean, but the box arrived squished and the cardboard was cracked. The seat itself didn’t look damaged so I opened the wrapping and when I opened the lid I saw a huge crack or scratch on the toilet seat! Very disappointed.
Returning again. 🙄
