N’achetez pas !! Ils sont arrivés, ils étaient usagers et sales, je les ai nettoyés car je n’ai pas pu les retourner à cause de la grève de poste canada. Après les avoir nettoyé, je les essaient et il y en a seulement un qui fonctionne! En plus, la qualité sonore est mauvaise et ils ne rentrent pas bien dans mes oreilles. Le gauche et le droit sont inversés.

Short version: amazing sound, flawless connection, proper volume/skip song control, terrible fit.

PROS: These are by far the best sounding earbuds I have ever owned. Even without tweaking anything in the app.
Of course the sound of all bluetooth earbuds, headphones and speakers depends on the device you connect it to so if you’re not happy with the way it sounds, don’t assume you bought some crap. Try a different phone, computer etc. They all have different internal EQ and will output the audio differently. That’s not a big issue with these as you can change EQ (and individual earbud controls) in the app.
They connect quickly, no need for an account or location permissions. The connection is strong and doesn’t drop.
CONS: First, no lid on the case may be problematic.
Second, and my biggest complaint is the fit. They just don’t stay in. This is of course subjective but in my case these earbuds feel “top heavy” and slide out of my ears. And for that and only that reason I had to return them 🙁

Overall, it was a an Ok purchase. Unfortunately, I dropped one in a parking lot and it got squished by a car. Because of that, I had to buy a new pair and I chose another type.
Here’s my review: The sound is good. It is not noise cancelling per say, but they do block the outside sounds because they are eardbuds.
The touch features are great. I really enjoyed them and they work well.
My biggest issue was the design of it all. The buds are big. Not fit at all for small ears, despite the multiple tips that comes with them. I couldn’t eat wearing them, because they kept falling off. Walking was ok, but never would I have run with them.
The case doesn’t have a top. Which is very annoying when you have a mess of a purse and stuff keeps getting into the case. I ended up using a little random pouch I had, but it was still annoying.
I bought the Beam ones and so far they are superior regarding the design. They fit my ear better and the sound quality is the same.

The headphones fit perfectly while also having really good bass and sound quality. But out of the box the sound is a little funky but after 5 minutes of use it returns back to normal and while getting really good sound quality and also have slot of battery life. I have been using them all day and it only got to around 80 percent on the JBL APP

Buen volumen, buenos bajos, la cancelación de sonido y el modo ambient aware funcionan bastante bien, son bastante comodos, la batería dura mucho y se cargan rápido.
Lo único que puede ser algo molesto, son los controles touch, quisiera que fueran un poco mas personalizables, pero por defecto funcionan lo suficientemente bien.

Have had these for a few months, what you need to understand is that for this price point this is a really great product. so dont expect $300 headphones, i use it for work with my laptop, syncs fast and had no issues, it seems it isolates voice really good
