I used this book during a 2-year trades program. It is an outstanding textbook!

  2. Uncle Mark

Hardback. A bit heavy. Brand new. Great price. Cheaper than the college book store. Perfect for my class. Buying the lab book next. Worth it. Book is very in depth.

I was a bit surprised by how good so far this book is. I usually don’t like textbooks, but this one is actually really effective. It teaches you by assuming you don’t know any electronics, but it helps guide you through every step. 10/10

this is not a college level textbook, but t’s a pretty good book. I had E3 of Grob’s original, and this is quite different so don’t expect that form it if you’re familiar with that era. The presentation is excellent if you are just starting out and want some extra information about various aspects of electronics and electrical history. I use this book as one of a handful of references. The AC circuits and AC power chapters are especially interesting, covering a LOT of useful ground in a fairly short time (high efficiency!)

Book was exactly what I needed and arrived in great shape. Decent rental price too.
