If you have enjoyed this product in the past you may have noticed you are now forced to purchase a case since the CHEAPER single packs (That you had to buy 3, then 7, then 8 minimum order) were not restocked after a month or two. This smacks of greed rather than poor stock management.
Initially I thought I got one bad packet, but it’s been 50% without included flavor packet.
Since you now have to buy a case of 12, that’s 6 packs of unflavored to 6 packs of got what you paid for.
Why do your customers have to do your quality control Uncle Ben?
I still enjoy the product when it is actually delivered, but food items are not a lottery and I’m certainly not the only one who paid for unflavored rice packets wrapped in flavor promising packaging.
With Uncle Ben getting greedier and shipping out raw rice only, I will sadly have to avoid this delicious side dish to avoid getting ripped off again.
Shame on you Uncle Ben.
