Bear –
I use this every morning after my workout. I mix one scoop with 2 cups of water/almond milk, 1 Iron Vegan scoop of steel cut oats and 2 table spoons of chia seeds and 1 cup of blueberries or strawberries. I use a Vitamix blender and blend on high for 2min. I find the product is very delicious and not overly sweet like most protein powders. I have also done a cold water and scoop mix in a bottle and it was not chunky at all. Pour water first then put powder, shake well then add more water. If you put powder first and pour water it will stick to the bottom which is what most do and then complain. As for digestion, I’ve got a sensitive stomach hence why I only use Vegan Protein, other than getting gassy later in the day I have no problems with this product. Ive used MyProtein (Plant Based) for a year and recently tried Canadian Protein (too sweet) which neither make me gassy so it might just be the 30G of protein. Overall I think the product is great especially with 30g of Protein! The only issue I have with the product is it’s packaging…the bag would not seal shut so I put the powder into a container which is easier to scoop.

Here’s how I do it….
Shake & Go:
300 ml Chocolate Almond Milk
100 ml Cold Water
1 scoop protein
– the chocolate almond milk will make it very easy to drink
– use a blender ball or similar to break up protein as you shake
Blend & Go:
300 ml Chocolate Almond Milk
200 ml cold water
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons PB
– blend and drink
Adjust your liquids for desired consistency. I also mix this with their Gainer which has been working great as well.
People, there isn’t a vegan protein that will taste like a baskin robbins milkshake, stop trying to compare it.
I’ve tried them all, and coming from a heavy whey user, this is the best tasting VEGAN PROTEIN out there.
Save your sweet tooth for actual treats and use this for the immense health benefits and GAINS.

This stuff is awesome. Many vegan proteins are gritty and taste bad, providing less protein. I have been using this for over a year. It is an important part of my daily smoothies. Excellent nutritional content and tastes great!! Not gritty, and actually tastes like chocolate. Contains beet root (among other nutrients) which is a natural T booster.

I honestly wanted to like it. The macros are good, it’s vegan. The reality of it was that it’s just un-drinkable. I’ve tried plenty of other vegan protein powders and they’re not as thick. I have to drink it with water only, and even then it’s thick in the shaker. With a bit of soy milk it’s a legit blob of goop that’s un drinkable. Not sure if the product tested it out! Not for me. Flavour average.

I’ve tried a lot of vegan protein powders – this one is great and has L-Glutamine, Arginine etc., which I liked. The chocolate flavour is delicious, although I found it a bit sweet. The texture is a bit grainy, but not too bad for a vegan protein. And the price is on-par with other high-quality proteins. I’d definitely buy this again.
