Amazolic –
I think the Amazon Rewards Mastercard is the best rewards cards out there. It doesn’t seem to take me long to rack up the 2000 points to get my $20 gift card, and being a steady and faithful Amazon shopper, I have no trouble using it in record time. As long as they keep the reward criteria the same, I will continue to use this as my first choice credit card.

I love this card! I’ve earned over $400 in gift cards since getting the card. Everything is great. No fees. Fast and easy. Their website is user friendly and customer service is efficient and super professional. If you shop on Amazon a lot as it is and you’ve been thinking about getting this card: get it.
Note: interest is quite high though. Pay your bills. 😉

Sounds really great and I apllied for one. What worries me is when you look into the fine print that they ask for at least 7.50$ for balance transfers or 1% of the amount.
Is that not ruining the whole advantage of this card? I got to do some more research but it is not so easy to find answers.
Update:
I had a great talk on the phone with MBNA, the bank which issues the credit card, and they explained to me you pay no fee if you let them get the due amount directly from your bank account. The 1% or at least 7.50$ is only due when it is paid by another credit card.
So for me everything is fine and as a Prime customer I enjoy the extra perks.

My original credit card company was changing my card with new terms and condition. So I thought maybe this Amazon reward master card would be a good replacement. It turned out to be a huge and massive disaster. First of all, it took a long time to arrive after the approval. 2nd, after it arrive it was very difficult to activate. When I finally activated, it’s not usable in any store except on Amazon.ca; so it is not a master card but more like a membership card for Amazon only. I thought OK, maybe it’s their new product, so they need some time to set up. My nightmare hasn’t fully mature until the payment date. I wasn’t able to make payment to my account despite many attempts in their website, at my bank, with my iPhone bank app. On their statement, the account number are blocked. Even my bank can’t figure out how to pay. My calls got into some kind of loop. I can’t talk to human. This credit card is just frustration times 1000!!!!! I wasted so much of my time dealing with this crab. Now, I am not able to make payment into my account. Instead of rewards, I’m going to get charge. If you are a support from MBNA, please contact me and help me. I need to make payment today!! PLEASE!!!!!

I’d held off for a while on taking up the card, as I did not really want or need another credit card, but with Christmas shopping coming up and the rewards on offer I decided to go for it. The application was very easy and quick, and I was able to start using the card even before I received the physical one. The app to manage the card is simple and straightforward. The rewards are good. Cannot complain at all.

One of the most practical no-fee cards if you shop on Amazon
This card has been excellent for my day-to-day spending. I use it for Amazon.ca orders and regular purchases, and the rewards build up quicker than I expected. Redeeming is effortless, just apply rewards at checkout yourself so it feels like instant savings instead of “points” you forget about.
No annual fee is a huge plus, and it’s easy to track spending and payments.
Overall though, it’s a great value and I’d absolutely recommend it

I’ve had a good experience with the Amazon Mastercard overall. It’s convenient to use, especially for Amazon purchases, and the rewards are a nice bonus for regular shopping. The 0% installment option is helpful, but not everything qualifies, which can be a bit disappointing when you expect to use it for certain items. Still, it’s a solid card and worth having if you shop on Amazon often.
