Basically like a pad inserted into a underwear. comfy and absorbs well but !

Heavy flow day beware! Youll need 2 for thoses day.
They are def not like pad : the will not absorb blood clot so you do have to wipe them sometime.
You can feel them getting humid and almost wet when they reach near fullness and overflow like pad but more like soaky so you do havr to change them before.

Very long to dry take 2 days in average to air dry suspended
Do not put them into your washer AND especially you dryer ! They will shrink and not fit you the same way and the material will break faster

I work in construction as a carpenter and frequently i have no toilet available on my worksite so those are life saving for the time of the month.

I highly suggest if you want to feel free and have a little to almost no pressure on you lower abdomen and like to have comfy clothes bc they cover you well(larger) and bc they are less tight on your belly to go at least 1 size upper.

why ? Bc they are a little bit tight, the elsatic will put a bit of pressure and will not 100% cover your behind entirely so if you want good coverage and something almost not tight but with good support SIZE UP.

Overall i highly recommand. I feel free and better. I dont feel like im wearing pad, no irritation.

These are great underwear for my 12 year old. I accidently put a stain spray and some black turned red so dont do the same mistake. Washes really nicely. I hang dry but have also put them in the dryer. I bought an expensive brand that leaked and this was way cheaper price and way better leakage protection.

Fits small. I would size up by 1-2 sizes. The inside seams down each hip are bulky and dig in so they drive me crazy. I own other brands and only have the seam issue with this brand. Although my least favourite period underwear I still keep them because I like the absorbency and full front to back coverage on my heavy days.

Other than the waistband rolling up, they are comfortable to wear. I have ordered the next size up. I do wish that they would make incontinence panties for men. All men can get are disposable diapers and they make you sweat too much. Well, I got the next size up, and I’m very happy with the fit. My incontinence has stopped, but I’m going to continue wearing these because I find them so comfortable, and I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars

I just finished my second period with these. The second go around, I fully committed to using these and only these, and had zero leaks, even at night and on heavy days. I especially like them at night as the coverage is larger than a pad, and doesn’t shift like a pad can, so I had zero leaks.

As other people mentioned, you can feel them getting wet on the inside (not on the outside) when they’re getting full and it’s time for a change. I found them comfortable, but I used pads before mostly due to cramps, and I even found these softer against my skin with less irritation from whatever chemicals are in pads.

I washed them in the washer and dried them on the delicate setting in the dryer. After 2 months, one pair has a small rip just under the band, but they didn’t shrink or deform for me. Air drying took overnight. They may not last forever, but I thought, for the price, I was willing to give them a try and see if I like this concept before buying more expensive brands.

I would recommend sizing up. I did and they fit perfectly. Any smaller and I think they’d be too low-rise and tight around the legs.

TMI- I didn’t notice any clots at all, so these must have absorbed them, which I wasn’t expecting, based on other reviews. The black colour and ease of using these actually made my period seem easier. I hardly saw any blood, and had no worries. They absolutely lasted longer than a pad for heavy days, I changed them twice a day for the duration of my periods.
