Great value and works well. The dish is on the small side, but will hold 2 medium sized cloves.
It seems strong, but I won’t use it for frozen garlic cloves.
It is stylish and easy to hold and use. Some garlic pieces squeeze past the press but they are easy to put back in the bowl.
The pressed garlic is a nice even consistency and well squashed.
The whole thing clean s very easily.

I struggled with finding a garlic press that worked without husking the garlic first but I finally found this one. It is fairly easy to clean and has held up nicely. The “hopper” for the garlic is a little small. Sometimes I have to cut the clove in half, but it does well otherwise. The only complaint I have is that the interior of the handle pieces have fallen out so I have to glue them back in.

I bought this press after a long search. My old one I used for decades needed replaced and I wanted one that I could used for decades more. I can’t guarantee this one will last that long, but we will see. I didn’t want to settle for just any regular old garlic press. I am truly glad I decided to try this one! I love the size of the reservoir and the size and shape of the holes in it. I love the fact that it has the little pieces that poke clear through the holes to get more of the garlic out. It opens all the way up so it’s easy to clean. You can rinse and go. It’s dishwasher-friendly if that’s your thing. There’s no easy-peeling paint to chip away into your food like with so many other presses. It’s very easy to grip and hold. Easy to apply pressure without having to strain your hand, fingers, or arm. Overall a great design. Bonus: I love the beautiful red color.

It works, it is small and not that easy to clean. Still very mediocre for what you get. You have to cut up your garlic into smaller pieces to fit. It jams up with garlic and you end up with tiny garlic waffles because it can’t handle what you are putting into it. Go with a bigger one. It’s uncomfortable for small hands to squeeze. These garlic presses need a bit of a spring assist to improve their overall performance when it comes to their design. It should be easier to squeeze the garlic out. It is metal. The coating is not coming off. It will work, but it takes more time and effort to use this garlic press. Middle of the road. They can do so much better, but they don’t. Same old boring, uninspired, unimproved design.

It worked great for the first little while and then suddenly the round crusher no longer fit in the basket, all of a sudden they were no longer the same shape, the basket became oval… unsure how this might happen… I always washed by hand, never put it in the dishwasher… but even if I had, should washing it in the dishwasher be an issue..? now I’m seeing that this same scenario happened to others… so I need to say something… can anyone recommend a good garlic crusher?
