This hat is warm enough for TX winter. Its not easy to find a hat that works for curly hair and I mean not just satin lined.. also doesn’t smush or flatten your hair. This hat is light weight and warmish for what I need. Also I wash it in the washing machine but avoid the dryer.

This toque does what it’s supposed to. It’s quality made and hopefully will protect my hair from breakage along the crown. It’s not the prettiest fitting toque. The seem sits a bit funny on my head but it’s not a deal breaker. I didn’t buy this to look cute, I bought it to protect my hair while I work long hours outdoors in harsh climates. If I wanted a cute hat, I would wear one of the dozens I already have that break my hair. It’s really well made and will keep my head warm and offer a measure of protection against hair breakage. I wish the satin lining extended a bit further so I didn’t have to wear the toque so snug to my head (I like a slouchy look)

I live in a cold area so I need to wear hats very often to protect. But do to me having long her normal had would get itchy rather quick, these however have been life saver, I can stay nice and warm when wearing them and have the hair inside be comfortable without problem. J’ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de ces bonnets. Ils sont très confortables, bien ajustés sans serrer, et surtout l’intérieur est doux et soyeux, idéal pour protéger les cheveux tout en servant de doublure contre le froid.
Comme on peut le voir sur mes photos, j’ai pris le bonnet blanc à l’endroit et à l’envers pour montrer que la protection intérieure, elle n’est absolument pas visible une fois porté. Le rendu extérieur reste propre et classique.
C’est exactement ce que je cherchais : un bonnet chaud et confortable, qui prend soin des cheveux.
Je valide à 100 % et je recommande sans hésiter.

I got two of these beanies, but this review is for the Black color. This has to be top on my favorite beanies list. The main reason you would get this beanie is for the satin lined knit, so i will get straight to the point. You will find the beanie slipping off your head throughout its usage, which is expected. It does a good job not making my hair look too messy when i want to take the beanie off. During cold temperatures, it keeps me nice and warm. I found the fit really nice. Everyone has their own preference. What i will say is that, it is not loose. it is considered a slouchy, so personally, i sort of pack it in, but since this is satin lined, it doesn’t stay packed in as much, so that is something to consider. Adjusting the beanie throughout my day is comforting because i feel the satin lining. I like the overall style because it looks clean. The build also holds up well after handwashing it a few times so far. Overall, recommended 5/5 for anyone who cares about hair and doesn’t want it to be messy or dry when wanting to wear a beanie.
