Burt –
I used this on a 20km run where the situation called for me to have to carry my belongings with me. The bag itself is pretty nice, carried a water bottle, wallet, and change of clothes, and wore it the rest of the day where it was pretty comfortable.
The downside is that for running, it was difficult to get it to fit in a way that didn’t bounce so much, and when I would get it tight enough, it would slowly loosen up and I would have to pull on the straps again, which was annoying over 20kms. To make matters worse, the straps, particularly the bottom strap, which I had to tighten a lot to prevent bouncing, rubbed up my (polyester) running shirt so much that there is quite a bit of damage to it, like a permanent horizontal crease/wrinkle going all along the front of the shirt (good thing it’s an old shirt so I didn’t mind too much), so keep that in mind should you choose to actually run with this bag.
SEVENTH HEAVEN –
Love this bag. Use it in place of purse. Plenty of pockets, zippers. Best for travel and going grocery shopping instead of using a purse.

SEVENTH HEAVEN –
I like the size of this bag. Yes is small but slim and lightweight. The back does help against sweating (versus standard backpacks).
If you don’t purchase a bladder separately you won’t have too much room or a dedicated spot for a bottle of some kind.
After all that, I still like this bag for the cost. Bright colors and the waist/chest straps actually fit me. I’m 5’4” and 200 lbs.

This back pack arrived very quickly from the seller. Product material is great, color as pictured. Love all the secure zipped pouches. One is large enough for a light jacket, phone pouch secure. Small velcro attachment inside larger zipped area for keys etc. Love the item, wears well and looks great.

It’s good enough to go for a short ride on my motorcycle.
I can put my wallet, cell, protein bar, water bottle,hat,keys and small things but it’s limited. Lots of compartments. Two straps attach to your body so it doesn’t flap in the wind.
Has some kind of cushioning for the back but if it’s filled too much could put anoying pressure on the back.
