I’ve been taking Webber Naturals Magnesium Bisglycinate for about six months now as part of my regular lineup of vitamins. It’s not a fancy product, but it’s one of those essentials that can quietly make a difference.
The price is excellent, especially considering that it’s made in Canada, which I appreciate supporting.
Funny enough, I didn’t even know magnesium was supposed to help with sleep when I started taking it — but looking back, my sleep quality has definitely improved since adding it to my routine. That’s an unexpected bonus.

This is my second time ordering this product. The first time was great and I needed to restock on them. The second batch has a powdery substance all over the pills and I don’t know what it is, so I don’t feel safe ingesting it. The first batch I got didn’t have said powder so I’m unsure about these ones. Understandably, this order doesn’t allow for a refund and I’m disappointed because I’m stuck with a paid product I can’t even use.

I take this magnesium Bisglycinate before bed a few times a week and haven’t noticed any negative effects. I would just caution that do some research on this form of magnesium because it can cause you to have to go to the bathroom the next day until you get use to it. I’ve tried other brands of powdered magnesium in the past and they all seem pretty similar in terms of how they feel and work. The reason I switched to the tablet form is because having a big glass of water with magnesium powder before bed often led to me having to pee in the middle of the night.
The main thing to keep in mind is the type of magnesium itself. Different forms serve different purposes, so it’s worth doing a bit of research to see which form best suits your needs. For me, this one has been perfectly fine and consistent. Overall, I can’t say anything bad about this supplement — it does what it’s supposed to do.

Reliable as all Webber Naturals stuff seems to be. I take this stuff at night to aid in relaxation, as well as to assist my mobility training to regain lost range of motion in my advancing middle age.
My only gripe with all Webber stuff (and most supplements, in fact) is that they use these bottles that could hold 1000 pills and put 120 in them. Either fill the bottle and charge the appropriate price or make the bottles smaller so the pills aren’t lost in a cavern of space which just fills up shelves.
