Just awesome! Best tricep rope on Amazon. You can do a lot with this and not just for triceps. Great for face pulls, some rowing moves, and lat pulls. We had two of these stolen at my local gym in three months. Now I have my own set and don’t have to worry about not finding them on the gym floor

I was tired of tracking down 2 ropes in the gym to combine them to make a large rope. Or just waiting for a rope to become available, wasting time waiting as people use it.
Now I just throw it in my gym bag (it’s extremely light) and set it up in 2 seconds. No more lining up the ropes, having them rub oddly against eachother. It’s just easier and the rope is longer and more comfortable because you can just slide your hand through without having to hold the odd shapes stoppers in your hands.
Knowing what I know now I’d pay $60 for it. I got the longest version and my brother also loves it so much that he bought his own.
I use mine for wide overhead extensions and boy it hits them nice 🤌.

Super great attachment and my preffered attahcment and method for training the triceps. Comfortable on the wrists, and the bands allow you to pronate or supinate to help eliminate and/or minimize any elbow discomfort. Only gripe I have is there seems to be a few threads around the strap, however, I haven’t noticed anything coming apart yet. Still, not something I want to see out of a new product.

Great for the first 2 weeks, does what I wanted it to do. Then splits into two, now useless and not mendable.
Plan B –
This Vulken tricep/bicep pressdown cable attachment ROCKS! Sooo. much better than rope handles with those ridiculous plastic ends that crush your fingers and slip when using heavier weights for tricep work. Have used them every day since arrived and they just make the workout better. So good I bought another one for a friend. Get one!

I use this for Lat-prayers, and they are perfect; back-days wouldn’t be the same without it. I have also used this attachment for tricep and bicep work, and it works great.
