I use this for a skin condition and since day one of using this it has cleared up the condition. This is the best brand and quality you will find and if you’re in a similar situation it is worth a shot, of course it won’t work for everyone. Also, unless you live in a very hot climate all year you will need to very so slightly heat this up to use as a lotion. I use a microwave, or sit it in front of a wood fire/heater during winter.

This truly is pure coconut oil, made in Philippines. I use it for oil pulling for my teeth. It works great and the coconut tastes so good I don’t mind swishing it for awhile, it reduced inflammation on one tooth that has a cavity and its keeping it from hurting till i can get it fixed. ITS ALSO GREAT FOR ERUPTING WISDOM TEETH TO PREVENT INFECTION Can be used in baking too and this is probably the best coconut oil i have ever bought it really is organic.
Oil pulling: floss first, then swish table spoon of coconut oil for 5 mins in mouth, if a tooth hurts focus swishing near it more, after 5 mins spit in garbage can not sink since it’s oil. Brush teeth well after with a soft bristle tooth brush.
