L’ho appena tolta dal suo (bel) imballo. Solitamente non scrivo molte recensioni per mancanza di tempo ma questa volta ne vale la pena, almeno fino ad ora. precisione di pesatura assoluta anche su 1-2 grammi, design pulito e semplice, piccola ma non troppo con una bella superficie per pesare anche piatti o cose più ingombranti. Un abisso rispetto alla bilancia che avevo comprato da IKEA e che sballava a ogni pesata anche di 20 grammi. Non capivo perchè le ricette mi venissero così sbilanciate e ora lo so: era colpa della bilancia. Consiglio vivamente a tutti l’acquisto se cercate qualcosa che sia piccolo, maneggevole, preciso anche sulle piccole quantità e esteticamente piacevole. Ho letto qualche rara recensione di qualcuno che ha detto che si è rotta dopo qualche mese, spero non succeda a me, ma fin’ora non ho davvero nulla da obiettare, incluso il prezzo davvero basso che mi faceva un po’ tremare in termini di precisione, e invece tutto ok!
