Pros: cute Cons: they put wonky parts in and slap their logo on them
they’re dishonest Overall Review: the day I received this computer and turned it on it crashed multiple times so I immediately took it to someone to have it checked out.
they explained that the parts in this computer were bad and some had even been hacked together almost. they said they have never seen a motherboard like this and they had been in business 24 years. they thought they got it fixed for me the first day so not only did I pay for the computer (about 1300$), I then had to spend $120 more just to get it completely wiped and windows reinstalled. once windows was reinstalled it told me it wasn’t an authentic version so I had to pay out of pocket for windows. newegg explained that they would refund me for that if I sent a screen shot to them of my receipt, but the response to that email was vipertech saying they refuse and that they’ll send me a windows product key.
I don’t think so, not after all 47 issues I’ve had with this piece of junk.
please do your research and shop somewhere else. you can have a cool PC built for the same price you would pay for this waste of space.
