Overall Review: I was sent a PC with 8gb of ram in stead of 16gb and needed a few other thing like windows key that they provided same day Ram was sent and I sent back wrong Ram.

Pros: Great little Setup for the Starting Pc Gamer. Nice Case with room to grow and a clean look. My Girlfriend loves the Colors and it has the RGB Fans which are a nice touch. I couldn’t build this for the price i paid i actually tried Cons: HDD vs SSD but that isn’t a huge issue since I just bought an ssd to install right off and that gives us a hdd to use as storage Overall Review: Great system to start will update after i have further time with it

Overall Review: Im not very savvy when it comes to computers outside of the basics. Ive never owned a gaming PC before, and have only ever owned laptops. My partner helped me pick this out, so I was extremely excited to use it!
I dont have any complaints, if Im being honest. If youre looking for a first time gaming PC this is perfect. Im still switching everything over but its all ran so smoothly with 0 issues. I just need to buy a 5Ghz wifi dongle, as the one that came with it is a 2G. But thats not an issue
I did have some problems getting the keyboard to connect, but getting a new keyboard fixed that. So I dont think the last one was compatible. But things were labeled on the PC to instruct where to plug the monitor in, which is also helpful. I also love the RGB.
Viprtech has been very friendly and helpful anytime I reached out to them. And they really care about what they do. I really appreciate the fact time was taken to build it after purchase.

Overall Review: They sold me a lemon and then cheated me out of the warranty on a technicality. Sent it back to Pay for warranty service and they still did not fix the machine. Viprtech is a trash company selling trash computers.

Overall Review: Product was not as described. It was advertised with windows 11 but instead came with windows 10. I contacted the company and got the run around for four days when they finally said since the CPU was outdated, there was no way to install windows 11. Since they refused to replace the CPU with something similar that was compatible with win 11, they opted to give me a refund.
They refunded part of my refund. I would avoid this company if I were you.

Pros: Starts up fast. Plays most games. Bought this for my son as an entry level gaming computer and it runs most games fine. Cons: Will not work with games that require TPM 2.0 for some reason. Does not recognize that it is enabled in BIOS Overall Review: It is a good deal for the price and the case looks awesome.
