I really appreciate this product. As someone who has issues with most artificial sweeteners, I am usually stuck with plain unflavoured protein powder. My usual is an unflavoured whey isolate, but I thought I’d try this since it is sweetened with cane sugar.
I put protein powder in my breakfast smoothie everyday. I quite like the vanilla as it’s very versatile. The chocolate is also good although a more subtle flavour, I generally add some cacao powder as well to make it more chocolatey. Have not tried the other flavours.
I like the flavour of this protein better than the Naked Pea Protein, which is the only other flavoured variety I could find made with sugar. Would love if Vega made this in bigger containers.
Springer Spaniel Dad –
I was excited to try a protein powder with no artificial sweeteners. Unfortunately this tastes like mashed peas with dehydrated strawberries and bananas. The texture is pasty. Can’t return it so I am out $45 for the three flavors I ordered. I guess Amazon doesn’t guarantee this product, that’s unfortunate.

Artificial sweeteners give me heart burn but a big fan of pea protein powerder (I am not vegan or vegetarian but it has a lot of benefits that every diet can benefit from) . I have been hoping for a product like this one for years. Simple ingredients (I am only looking for a protein boast) without artificial sweeteners.
As I stated the flavour is lite/subtle, the coconut powder really improves the texture of just Pea protein. The vanilla could also make a nice addition to oatmel with some berries. Overall the size is a bummer but will definitely get regularly.

The flavor is really good, however the texture is chalky. It cannot be mixed with dairy as it causes the product to separate. I only gave it five stars because the customer service advised they would give a full refund when I explained that I could not tolerate the product

I love the coconut addition, smells heavenly but the vanilla taste is extremely strong along with coconut 🥥 so cannot add it to baking much as the taste and smell is overpowering, gave me a weird
sensation in my mouth compared to other vanilla brands that blend in with cooking with very little flavor notice..
Price was ok , love fact it was all natural no artifical ingredients or sugar …protein level was ok have to add 2 scoops to get 17g ..will most likely search for one that does not have such a overpowering taste abd it’s very sweet also …

I’ve been trying this Vega protein powder and I like that it’s plant-based, gluten-free, and stevia-free — feels clean and natural. It mixes well and gives a good protein boost without any weird additives. Perfect if you want something simple and healthy.
The only downside? The chocolate flavor is kinda mild and a bit odd — not really sweet or rich like some others. If you’re picky about taste, it might take some getting used to. But overall, it’s a solid choice for a no-nonsense vegan protein.
