my manager recommended these insoles and im so glad I ordered them! I inserted them into my boots that I wear at work for 5 to 7 hours. I work in hospitality and they’ve helped tremendously. I have pronation in my left foot and an in balance in my body from a surgery I had years ago in my right ankle. these insoles have great arch support that I needed. my left foot doesn’t hurt like it use to and my feet don’t feel too sore or tired after work. I highly recommend them even over dr. scholls. They are functional and durable and don’t leave behind a smell.

I am a public school teacher and I’m on my feet all day. To say that these insoles have been absolutely transformative would be an understatement. My feet were hurting so much due to lack of arch support that I was in constant pain all day and developing calluses. On a wing and a prayer, I bought these insoles with the hopes that I would be able to Have a little bit less pain or help with calluses. almost instantly all my foot pain went away! It was as if I’d had a shot or something. These insoles have been the biggest blessing. Yes there were a bit expensive, but they were cheaper than brand new shoes and definitely cheaper than specially designed orthotics. I have zero foot pain and my callous disappeared.
A couple of things I would also mention is that the colors are really cool, very visible and easy to identify in my shoes. Also, the fit was perfect for my size 13 shoes. I didn’t have to trim them or anything. And you know how when you get the Other brands and you have to trim them, your toes are always hanging over the edge of the insole. Not here! These were perfectly cut for my shoes, very functional! When I walk, they give me perfect stability, because the arch is high and allows me to have a natural gait. Also they are perfectly firm, not too soft, but not too hard like some of the other insoles. I’ve tried so many over the years. They don’t pinch or hurt the foot at any point. They’re perfect!
I am very thankful to the manufacturer and Amazon for the quick delivery. The combination of the company and Amazon has given me back enjoyment of my daily teaching job and my evening walks. Thank God.

These are alright but the arch support doesn’t align with my arch and puts pressure in places I don’t want. Very stiff but stays in place in my shoes.

Something most reviewers leave out when posting their personal experiences with shoes and insoles alike is the profile of their feet. No two people are built EXACTLY the same, and that context is very important when reviewing shoes and insoles.

I am 5’9″, 175lbs, have VERY high arches on EE width feet, and have suffered from high levels of soreness and general pain for decades having worked on my feet in some capacity or another for majority of that time. I have spent thousands upon thousands on different shoes, brands, and insoles looking for things that work for me, most of which have left me in crying levels of pain by the end of a shift, feet throbbing by the time I’m able to sit and peel my shoes off. When everyone says “you have to try (insert name here) brand of shoe or insole, they’re the best!” that doesn’t apply when you have feet like mine.

Given that, I think these are excellent insoles. I personally wish the arches were a BIT higher, but again, I have very high ones myself, so if you sit in the general medium-high arch range these will likely suit you fine. Not sure if they’ll work if you have flat feet as I obviously have no experience there. I am able to work 12 hours at a time, 20,000 steps a day on average, with limited pain using these. Unlike some other brands that sell themselves as all-day insoles for those with high arches and plantar fascia issues, these actually have some cushioning in the heel but are firm enough in the arch to offer support. Trying to find both is a very fine line, many insoles with cushioning fail at support and many with ample support are hard as a rock. My feet don’t roll awkwardly in these, yet I also don’t feel like I’m standing on a rock if I have to stay still. Every single brand has a different definition of “high arch” and many of them place the support in different areas which may or may not work for you with your individual feet. Again, context and foot profile matters.

I like the product, as someone with the noted issues above that spends ample time on his feet in both standing and moving capacities. Definitely worth the money to me, much more so than many others. Your experience may vary.

    – ValSole Insoles: FIVE STARS
    – SB Sox PF Relief Socks: FIVE STARS

My experience with Plantar Fasciitis (PF): I’m 64, female, retired for one year, and lead an active lifestyle. My normal routine includes a 4-5 mile walk every morning, pickleball 5x per week, and golf when I can. PF symptoms showed up suddenly about two months ago – suddenly it hurt too much to walk very far and pickleball was excruciating. It affected both feet, but the pain in my right foot was significantly worse. In spite of all the products that promise fast relief, I learned that managing PF is a multi-step process.

Here’s what worked for me – in order of implementation:
    – I threw away five pairs of worn-out running shoes and started wearing my newest pair all the time.
    – I quit going barefoot and now wear shoes all the time, even inside the house.
    – I quite wearing dress shoes or sandals (easy for me since I’m retired).
    – I started stretching my heels/calves multiple times per day, with and without a step.
    – I rolled my foot over a frozen water bottle or a small hard plastic ball with spikes on it. The plastic ball seems to work better, and soon I was using it several times per day.
    – I bought three different pairs of PF insoles so I could use them all the time. I couldn’t really tell any difference between the three brands I tried, but I think the ones with deep heel cups (WalkHero and ValSole) are better, and those are the two I use most of the time.
    – I bought SB Sox and now wear them on both feet during all waking hours.
    – I tried the Koprez Sleeve, but found that it was uncomfortable to wear all the time. I tried wearing it on a walk, but it actually became more painful after about ¼ mile. I tried wearing it for pickleball, and it was wonderful. The Koprez Sleeve allows me to keep playing pickleball.
    – I tried foam rolling my calves. I think it helped, but it was really hard on my arms. So I quit.
    – I bought the Vibit, hoping that I could use it on my calves as well as my feet. It vibrated as advertised, but it was actually harder to use than a foam roller and it didn’t seem more effective. It felt good on my feet but I couldn’t tell if it helped or not. Following the directions requires 15 minutes per foot dedicated to using the massager (no multi-tasking is possible). I still use it occasionally if I want a few extra minutes without sitting down with the Tisscare, but I don’t think this purchase helped with the PF. I have also used the Vibit for other things (IT band, back, arms), and it offers a nice massage.
    – I started using a Tisscare foot massager with heat that we already owned. It seemed to help a lot, and it was easy to use as I could just sit there and let the massager do the work on both feet at the same time while I read or used my phone. I’m still using it 2-3x per day for 20 minutes. Very much worth the money and I will buy it again if it quits working.
    Results:
    – It took about four weeks to research, purchase, and start using all the products listed above. During that first four weeks, I quit my morning walks and cut back on pickleball (I could not play two days in a row). Pain was intense, especially after pickleball or at the end of the day.
    – Within a couple weeks, the morning pain was better, mostly because I stretched and rolled 2-3 times during the night (I wake up anyway).
    – After putting everything into place (about four weeks), the morning pain was pretty much gone and I started walking two miles in the morning. I still had pain if I played pickleball – and the pain continued for the rest of the day.
    – After six weeks, I was able to increase the morning walks to my normal 4-5 miles most days and experienced only minimal pain with pickleball.
    – It’s been about eight weeks, and I’m still continuing to work on it. Pain is minimal and I’m able to walk 5+ miles and play pickleball!

These insoles feel soft and supportive, especially in the heel, and I liked that I didn’t need to cut them to fit into my shoes. However, for people with wide feet like mine, they’re not a great option. My big toe ends up pressing on the ridge and hole area, which makes them uncomfortable and not smooth to walk on. I think they’re best suited for people with regular-width feet. They’re affordable, but if you need to trim insoles to fit wider shoes, this design doesn’t allow much flexibility. Overall, 3 out of 5 stars.

If my feet could throw a party, the VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Orthotics would be the VIP bouncers making sure everything stays in line. These insoles are like the secret bodyguards for my feet, keeping them supported and pain-free, even when life tries to throw curveballs—or long days on hard floors—my way.

These insoles are built for the big leagues—220+ lbs, to be exact. Whether you’re on your feet all day, working in tough conditions, or just need a little extra TLC for those flat feet or high arches, these orthotics are here to save the day. They slide into my work boots like they were meant to be there all along, transforming them from “meh” to “wow” in seconds.

The arch support is the real star of the show. It’s like having a mini massage therapist cradling my feet with every step. The plantar fasciitis pain I used to dread? Gone. Flat feet? No problem. These insoles have got my arches covered, and they’re not letting go.

And let’s talk about shock absorption. It’s like walking on tiny trampolines, but without the risk of flying off into space. Every step feels cushioned, supported, and—dare I say it—bouncy. My feet are practically singing in these insoles, and I’m considering writing a song in their honor.

The best part? These insoles work as hard as I do, staying tough through the long days and keeping my feet happy no matter what. I’ve finally found a pair of insoles that can keep up with me, and I’m never looking back.

In conclusion, if your feet are crying out for help, the VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Orthotics are the heroes they’ve been waiting for. Slip these into your shoes, and get ready to step into a world of comfort, support, and pure foot bliss!

Sale price at $29.99 (regular price at $50), this insole definitely feels and works better than the $500 orthotic insert from a pediatrist. The arch on my foot feels great and supportive with a nice little bend when putting weight on my foot. I also love the softer heel cushioning with every step I take instead the the firm orthotic insert I had. Even if I have to buy another insert this year, I’d say the price and comfort of this insole is better than the pricier $500 orthotic insert.

  13. Chris

These definitely give me some relief for my plantar fasciitis. The gel heel area is nice and cushy. I’m trying to transition to zero drop soled shoes and these do have a bit of a heel height but that’s probably impossible to avoid with a cushioned heel. I got them on sale for half price and would buy them again at that price. Not sure they’re worth full price though.
