I got this for my husband as I’m just a sweet thoughtful wife who knows her husband. This is a great product if it works_that’s the big question and I know from experience that what works for him may not work for you. I take products that really help me and I’ve recommended it to friends and one friend in particular it had no effect whatsoever so it’s really an individual thing. But I like that this is made in Canada and of really good healthful things like Ginkgo which helps your memory and Lord knows as we age we all need help in the memory department, L-Theanine which helps with your focus, Gensing which help improve your mental performance, Huperzine A (which I am totally unfamiliar with) which is a brain stimulant just to name a few. You get only 60 capsules and it’s 30 servings so that’s only a 1 month supply. If it does what it claims that’s great and even if it helps only a little that is good too. If it does nothing at all I will come back and adjust my stars accordingly. We’ve both gotten really big into taking supplements and vitamins and are both feeling really good because of it so I do expect these will be beneficial in some way.

Does absolutely nothing 100mg is low and anything under that it will not have any effect nor benefit. Did not improve anything amazon products are weak and low quality does not matter what you get and everything is over priced… do not get save your money and time.
