During lockdown I invested heavily in a home gym and added TRX on the recommendation of a friend that does personal training.
If you are new to exercising, I would suggest that this isn’t equipment for you right away. I’ve trained most of my life and my first use of TRX was humbling. After a few weeks I became more comfortable but there’s still a fair accumulation of sweat on the floor after a 30 minute workout. Core strength is needed and emphasized in almost every exercise.
I began by using the door adaptor but quickly switched to a ceiling mount. Some exercises need you to be close the anchor point and the door gets in the way.
It’s too soon to comment on the durability of the straps and adjustments but everything seems quite solid

Very good for working out and it is great for Condo if you have limited space.

I used this piece of equipment at physical therapy for a spinal cord injury and had to have one of my own to work out at the gym. It’s the perfect piece of equipment to add support while strengthening muscles , balance, and stability. There are a multitude of exercises to do and the app provides support. The length is adjustable and is easy to tailor to your specific needs.

Quality is good. I wanted wider straps so opted for this combination rather than the lighter ‘Go’ travel version. I’ve been using my daughter’s TRX Pro. She now wants it back. So this set is very similar to the Pro’s wide straps that I’ve been using. Only negative comment is that the sponge covers on both grips have several indentations and crevices. Not smooth as in the picture. Not worth the trouble to return for this defect. I’ll keep but deducted 1 star.

Subwoofer –
I use the TRX system at my gym, I’m a big fan as it lets me do so much in a functional way. Been looking around for home use when I can’t get to the gym and this is it. There is a cheaper version floating around but the straps are narrower and don’t feel as robust. The hand holds/stirrups also are not as good as these ones. Very happy with the way these adjust too, much faster with the speed clips so going from exercise to exercise is fast. I bolted a hanger into my ceiling joist so I use the yellow extension strap and it works great, but the door hanger is also included with this.
The best part of the TRX is it travels well. I can go on vacation or conventions and I have a gym in a bag. Seriously the best purchase for folks into fitness.
