most powerful NAD+ on the market. definitely be careful with dosage and mixing it with other medications or even supplements. Cant speak for long term yet but took 1 for a day and it was ok and felt normal which is what I want. next day took 2 at once and in under 1 hr I felt I took too much and felt a bit imbalanced. bottle says take 1-3 per day but 1 per day is good enough I believe.

I’m in my late 40’s and very active. I work out 5 days per week, play badminton 5 days a week and basketball 2 days per week. I am self employed and my work is also very physical. In the last few years the aches and pains have grown and I had noticed a drop off in my stamina… to the point where I began considering a career change because the work was getting too hard. I also noticed in the gym that my strength had faded somewhat and that my cardio wasn’t what it once was. All of that changed 3 weeks ago when I started taking tru niagen. My energy and strength are back. I don’t run out of gas now. My work is easy again. No more aches and pains. After I turned 40 I found myself unable to sleep after playing basketball. Ok… so I read a lot of junk science / Joe Rogan science articles, and I thought Tru Niagen was worth trying. I vaguely understand that my cells mitochondria wear out over time and product like Basis and Tru Niagen increase NAD levels. So I took the supplement and reverseratrol for 4 months. I started back at the gym 3 weeks ago and the results were eyebrow raising. My ability to sustain 1 hour cardio has gone up, I routinely hit 1 hour cardio and then weights every other day. My progress has been fast. My wife is really surprised. I believe something in the Tru Niagen has increased by energy levels, I am thriving, whereas last year I was floundering a fair bit. I keep hitting the gym hard, go for walks , mow the lawn, go swimming, more and more and more and although I am sore at night the next day I wake up refreshed. I am 49 years old. I really recommend Tru Niagen with Reversaratrol and let it work a couple months then maybe the magic happen for you. Is this all a placebo ? It doesn’t feel like it. I went into my gym routine for the long haul and did not expect to thrive like this. Maybe it’s mental who knows, but something is making me feel exceptionally capable of pushing hard.

As others have said, it is expensive – But if it works, then great. I’ve been using it for almost a month now.
I do seem to be getting more deep sleep than I was before (used to average only 10 – 20 minutes), but unsure if this is the reason, or the other things I’ve been adding to my diet and sleep ritual. I am almost 35, but haven’t seen anything radical as far as skin enhancement or energy levels. I might do one more bottle and see how it goes from there.
I agree with others that the packaging is a bit much…We could swap out the glass bottle with a plastic one and I’d be happier with a lowered price for it.

I just bought this and took the pills for the very first time. I received the scare of my life after taking it with food at supper time. At first all was ok, my first reaction was during the night. I could not get any rest, my legs were twitching and constantly experienced a restless leg syndrome. Also my body temperature came way up sweating in bed really bad.
The following morning I was glad to get out of bed trying to get up….. What a shock, I was fully dizzy I could barely stand up straight without loosing my balance. I felt like I took hundreds of melatonin pills. As I am writing this review it is exactly 24 hours that have passed since I took one pill. It still gives me blurry vision and and still feel not well, ba!ancing my body when I walk.
I am using a puffer on a daily basis and even my lungs \ breathing is very strange.
These pills might work for some people, but I think it should also come with a listing and information of the side effects that can happen. As I am writing this I am still hoping that my body will get back to normal. Good thing I didn`t have to go anywhere and drive…. There is no way to react fast and to have a fair\ good judgement…. Worse than being very badly drunk!
This is an honest feedback….. I am not crying about the money spent, I will throw the pills away and hope that my body goes back to the way it was.
Every body reacts different, but my experience is extreme and very, very scary!
