Bonjour, Mise à Jour de mon commentaire après 3 ans d’utilisation. Électrostimulateur TENScare Sports Tens2 bon appareil et efficace pour Moi qui souffre de Douleurs Neuropathiques Sensitivo-Motrice. Batterie rechargeable bonne durée. Absence de Notice en Français, mais téléchargeable sur Internet. Quand serait-il obligatoire de fournir des notices en langue Française pour tous produits vendus en France ? Appareil vraiment à conseiller.

Before this I had a very expensive Compex EMS. It was built like a brick but the screen started to fail about a day after the warranty ran out, then the battery failed so it was time for a new unit. I wasn’t willing to part with the serious wad a Compex costs so I decided to give this a go at least than a tenth of the price.
I’m absolutely blown away with it! It’s actually a far better TENS unit than the Compex was. It’s much smaller and lighter so you can clip it to your belt or truck it in a pocket while still running a program. There’s a lot of TENS and massage programs to experiment with so I’m sure there’s something to suit most people and applications.
There’s a good selection of EMS programs for sports training or rehabilitation, here the Compex does have more to go at, but not really anything that most would ever use.
Battery is excellent, a charge seems to last forever!
I certainly have no problems recommending this unit.

this one is super, technically advanced and more scientific.. “han” tens is great for pain, no doubt here.. but EMS is to review because the warm stage level drop to 80% in train stage (a detail which need to power up each time).. no videos well explained from the brand (or youtube) and the user manual need to be more detailed (how to set user defined programs look mysterious, so time is needed to set the user preferences and impossible to skip the warm stage).. the best warming is the same exercise done litely.. download the manual before to buy it will give you a good idea (available in pdf).. from 4 differents types purchased, this one do all in one with more durable wires and the battery charged give weeks of use daily (i think that when the low batt appear, you have few days to charge it)..

I initially bought this thinking that it had more features and had a slimmer design. However, there are serious design issues. The device locks up and freezes, often. This is really noticable if you’ve selected a burst mode. It could freeze when it’s not applying any current, but it could also freeze up applying constant current. The output levels of the two outpus can also occasionally be incorrect.

I purchased my Unifit device to address pain and tightness in my knee and the muscles surrounding my knee.
I rated the Unifit as 5 stars for several reasons:
1) Unifit has multiple modes (TENS, EMS, and Massage) and programs and therefore provides you with whichever type of muscle/pain therapy you require.
2) Great Customer Service from “Mother’s Choice Products” the seller in British Columbia. I emailed Mother’s Choice in the middle of the night with a concern that I had; The next morning Mother’s Choice contacted me and addressed my concern. I was impressed.
PS: I am not a newbie when it comes to using electronic muscle stimulators. I have used an electronic muscle stimulator from a different company for over 10 years.
