Overall:
These Swiffer dusters are very effective for light dust and surface dust. Instead of using a cloth and spray, I can just swipe the duster over shelves, TV stands, or decorations and the dust sticks to it immediately. Overall, I’m very happy with how well they work, but the packaging is a bit misleading because it looks like a full set with a handle, when in fact it is only the refills.
Cons:
• The box does not include the handle; it is refills only, which is not very clear from the packaging.
• The product image on the box makes it easy to think a stick/handle is included, so first-time buyers might be confused or disappointed.
Pros:
• Excellent at picking up floating dust and light dirt – just a quick sweep and the dust is gone.
• Much faster and easier than using a cloth; no need to move everything around just to wipe.
• Soft duster that is gentle on surfaces and electronics.
Suggestions for improvement:
• Make it very clear on the packaging and product images that this is a refill pack and the handle is sold separately, so customers are not misled.
• Adding a small text or icon on the front of the box (“Handle not included”) would already help a lot.
