We needed a toilet for are basement, it made installing so much easier because we did not have under ground plumbing. I would definitely recommend if you need to go the non traditional route. At first I was unsure because I have never used a toilet like this before, but I can say that it has worked out very well and i’m pleased with our purchase!

It seems to be well constructed, and if I figured out how to hook it up, then I think anyone could. It’s nearly half the price of what a namebrand upflush toilet would be and yet you’re getting really the same thing there might be a few small nuances with it as far as hooking it up, but Nothing that can’t be solved. I recommend this toilet over a higher priced one. And if you put a bidet on it, you don’t have to worry about toilet paper issues with these types of toilets. Great value!!

I would hesitate to buy from this seller. Although the toilet was fine I had a very specific toilet needed and the way my door opens it needs to be rounded and stick out a bit. I ordered the right toilet but it stuck out too much. I returned it, and they charged a 90 dollar “ restocking fee” because it wasn’t defected. It wasn’t opened just a very specific space that it didn’t work for. 90 dollars seems criminal . I called Amazon to try and explain, they told me I wouldn’t have to pay it and the seller emailed me to notify me I would infact be paying it.

Not compliant to Ontario, Canada building code. I had to rip this out after roughin inspection.
Do not buy if you live in Ontario and want to get the required permit.
My building inspector in Beckwith Ontario, will not allow this toilet to be used because it is not compliant to the Ontario building code: 7.2.2.2.(1)(h) – macerating toilet systems shall conform to ASME A112.3.4 / CSA B45.9, “Macerating toilet systems and waste-pumping systems for plumbing fixtures ,”
