I wouldn’t suggest this chair, even as a cheap chair. Broken parts. Stained right out of the box. Ad said PU “leather” it is in fact cloth. The smell emanating from it may give you cancer. I’m not sure what to say as a positive.

Great for what you pay. Very good quality PU leather and sturdy build. The “massage” lumbar is just a vibrating motor as seen in third pic but still a nice little touch. The lumbar cushion itself is very supportive and all the other foam support is great too. I am however finding the upper “neck” pillow to be useless as I am 6’5” and it just simply isn’t a tall enough back on the chair but it is very comfy without it and I understand I am in a small percentile of humans being so tall. The design is great and I can see that the way it is engineered there will be very little stress on any particular cushion piece/stitching. Zippers and stitching are slightly not straight but not noticeable unless you’re a few inches away. Had to drill and bolt into the back support to hold it in place as the height adjustment just doesn’t hold tight enough, I am also 230lbs so the added weight on the telescoping armrests etc could contribute to this. Overall a great buy for the money and would buy again.

Its pretty good not bad at all. Really easy to build, love the vibranter on the chair. Kinda dislike the chair holder looks a big off and looks like it can easily break but its actually surprisingly good, most of all a good chair would recommend

Didnt even last a whole year Really started breaking 3mths. IT SUCKS I DIDNT HAVE THE FURNITURE WARRANTY OPTION WHEN I BOUGHT IT. It would have been worth the 150 i paid if it lasted longer 10 months is all it lasted and it wasnt used everyday maybe Twice a week. THEY DID FIX IT THO

I bought this chair after doing a bit of research. Firstly, I liked the chair’s material, provides comfort and is very spacious for someone like me. However, there were quite a few flaws in the materials which led to an unfortunate experience. Firstly, the chair’s arms are uneven, causing one side to be raised than the other. I think it is because of the residual glue on one side of the chair, which appears to have been left behind for too long and unremovable without damaging the chair material. There were also some random white marks on the chair and some of the chair casings were cracked. There are also a few circle plastic covers for the chairs, where two are plastic, and remainder three are plastic and easily can get pushed in. I wish this was more consistent and all were plastic for the chair’s durability. Lastly, I was surprised the lumbar cushion was not adjustable and it can only remain in one position, which makes it challenging for me as a 6 foot person. Given the amount of research and the thought I have put into purchasing this chair, I would not buy this chair again due to these flaws and would consider other options in the future. There appears to be quite a few oversights prior to shipping this product and I would not want another person to be disappointed like me.

I recently purchased this gaming chair, and while it has some great features, it left me with mixed feelings.

Pros:

• Easy Assembly: Putting it together was a breeze, with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. It took me less than 30 minutes to set it up.

Cons:
• Fragility: Unfortunately, the build quality seems questionable. After just a few weeks of use, one of the components has already broken, which is disappointing given the price. It feels like the materials are not durable enough for regular use.

I’d appreciate it if customer support could reach out to me to resolve this issue. I’d like to request a replacement for the broken part, as I believe the chair has potential if this problem can be addressed.
