Very nice looking chair, is comfortable and works well for gaming or office use.

This chair is really sturdy and supportive, feels great to sit in for long gaming or work sessions. The recline and footrest make it extra relaxing, and the cushion is soft but still supportive. It looks very stylish too and was quick to put together. Would definitely recommend.

The quality of the chair isn’t the problem. The problem is… It was supposed to come with screws and bunny ears… WHERE ARE THEY??? The box came completely damaged but thank god the chair wasn’t messed up because of it. My boyfriend and I both think the screws and the bunny ears fell out of the box since it was broken

After my chair of 7 years fell apart, I was curious to see if Submi’s PZDO chair would be a good replacement. As soon as it got to my door, I knew I was in for an excellent surprise. The setup/installation experience was refreshingly straightforward. The paper instructions were clear (you could also get a PDF from their incredible support staff e-mail address within hours if not minutes). I had the whole thing set up in under 20 minutes thanks to some of the most thoughtfully organized and easy-to-follow instructions I’ve ever seen—every part and screw was labeled and neatly packed using alphabetical labelling of parts and consumables. The consumables were behind plastic punch outs that you could dig out with their free allan key tool that was included in assembly. I mean it when I say that building it is almost as satisfying as sitting in it.

Talking comfort, the chair’s supple faux-leather cushions and diamond-weave design look stunning and durable. The black is not a true black, but a deep charcoal grey. The chair feels luxurious even after hours of gaming, working, or binging though a show. The lumbar and neck supports are perfectly placed for long sessions—I didn’t want to get up! The grey finish pops in any setup (and if you care about stains or snack spills, cleanup is a breeze).

Stability? Rock solid. Whether I was reclining, adjusting the height, or rolling across the room, the chair never wobbled or creaked. The piston hydraulic thingy connecting the wheel base was well lubricated. While the retractable footrest might be a bonus feature, it could use a little more length and rigidity for taller folks or full-on loungers. It probably works for cats or small dogs.

Fairly easy to assemble, back support is comfortable however, the seat itself is hard as a rock & not very comfortable.
