After the second use, the seal fell off and wrapped itself around the blade. My drink smelt like burnt rubber. After inspecting, the plastic melted. Horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS!!! It was my first time just now using this blender to blend up some frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, banana and strawberry mix), i mixed it with some milk, protein powder and spinach as well. The frozen fruit was almost not blended AT ALL when I was trying to blend it, the blender made some weird noises so i stopped. I drank the rest of the juice (the frozen fruit i had to take them out because it couldnt be blended). Only to find out later when i drank it up and washed it, the rubber band thingy was twisted and wrapped all over the place on the blade, i had to untwist it to wash and i saw some parts of the rubber bands chipped off which mean that it had gotten in my drink and i swallowed it, I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT NOW!!! …..

I have had this item for less than two months and both seals that came with the product snapped with gentle use and I am having difficulty finding replacements parts that are a decent quality… so I guess it’s trash now. I don’t recommend this product

I had it for a couple months, only used it a couple times, both gaskets broke from regular use… Am I expected to buy new gaskets every month? Cause this is the worst experience I’ve had with a blender…

It was good at first, but then after only a few uses the blade became detached and would no longer blend a smoothie. Trying to make a warranty claim since it was used maybe only 10 times so I don’t lose all my money on this.
