I love this machine. It works as it should. This is my second terminal. I would highly recommend for any small business.

I am an owner of a small business and this hand heled unit is perfect. Easy to use and has many functions for so many styles of business ex. inventory and pre-set fees.
The best part – NO monthly fees for the unit. I have used other providers before, paid monthly sees and had major customer service issues when the machine wasn’t working. I can only remember 1 event in the last 4 years where “square” was down, but they immediately resolved the issue.

When I have received this item, it was working just fine. But does not work long, the batteries dies fast. I have another square for my business, never experience this before. Good product but I think the one I got is deffected. Not able to get a new one which that sucks that I have an item that does not work when you have events.

THIS IS A VERY GREAT TERMINAL. I bought this terminal to process debit,credit card sales for our Christmas Cake sales I was amazed when it also Apple Pay and other phone based payment programs. A real winner financially for me. Make sure though your bank account allowsb3 rd party transfer of funds
