Sportsroyals Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar for Home Gym Strength Training Workout Equipment, 450LBS

This is a great bit of equipment, I bought the version with the pulley assist for kids and wife to help them get to a pull up.

The construction is solid heavy duty steel and thick screws. When assembled there is a bit of give here and there but nothing that would cause any concerns whatsoever.

Build time took 2 hours with the tools provided. All the nuts and bolts were in neat separated packaging, so nothing to loose in the build mess. The instructions were fine to follow, the only tricky bit was getting head around the pulley system but it’s self explanatory once you see the bits.

The features are everything you need for a body weight session, pull up, dips, leg raises and a push up bar at the bottom. Full body work out without the need for weights.

Swapping the seat from assist mode to leg raises position takes about 1 min so no bother at all.

Changing the level of pulley assist is a little bit fiddly but really easy. There are 4 levels of assist.

The extendable pull up bar is great for adapting to allow kids to have a go. Changing the position involves unscrewing the bolts and repositioning, then rescrewing which is slightly frustrating (2-3 mins) but it’s a nick pick.

Overall, really happy with it and would highly recommend if you want to improve your body weight training regime to become functionally fitter rather than just muscular.

Assembling this took me two days since I kept putting it off, however if I stuck to it it’d probably have been two hours. To be fair, I’m not really experienced with assembly. Yet it was pretty intuitive, and the manual is clear for the most part – if you get confused I suggest looking up tutorials on youtube, which is what I did.
The whole structure is great and I can do a variety of exercises on it. It’s fun and like a mini playground haha. It’s great quality and you can tell the manufacturers care.
My only two problems: 1, the parts for dips and pushups are very wide set for the shoulders. For reference I’m a 5’3 female and weigh 115lbs. It feels like this was made more for a 6 ft 200lb something man. Pushups and dips are really hard to do on this if you’re of smaller stature because it puts a lot of strain around your elbows from how spread apart they are.
2, although the structure does support my weight, it gets wobbly when you move the arm rests especially. I tried rescrewing it but it seems like it’s just how the product is. Doesn’t affect its’ support, but it does feel a little scary sometimes lmao.
Overall great product for the price though. If you don’t mind a bit of wobbliness and the wide grip, it’s a great investment.

Cette station est incroyablement polyvalente. Je peux faire des tractions de différentes prises, des dips pour les triceps et la poitrine, des levées de jambes pour les abdos, et même des pompes. C’est un appareil complet qui permet de travailler tout le haut du corps et le centre.

Franchement, si vous voulez un équipement simple mais efficace pour vous muscler à la maison, la Sportsroyals Power Tower est un excellent choix. C’est un investissement qui paie vite en termes de résultats et de confort d’entraînement. Je la recommande à 100% !

I am 210lbs, 6ft and I totally feel safe using this power tower. I made alot of research before purchasing it. The quality of the metal is way better than the reviews on here say.
Pros:
-Simple to install, it took me just about 1 hour at a slow pace. Similar instructions to Ikea furnitures.
-The package was professionally packed. All individually secured in a plastic bag. It took me almost as long to unbox than to install.
-The wiggling that other reviewers are referring comes only from the dip bars; even if tightening to the max they will still wiggle slightly. But once I am doing the actual exercise I do not notice any shaking and it does not interfere with my movement.
-The dip bars cannot be widened or adjusted at all, but their position are actually at a perfect angle to hit my pecs and triceps. They are slightly bent forward which gives it a better angle for the lower pecs.
-The pull up bar is very solid and do not bend. Perfectly wide enough to hit the lats.
-Push up bars at the base are versatile: there is 2 push up bars located on the base. These are great for push up but can also be used to connect exercise bands for extra resistants
-FatGrips fits the handles (see picture). You can also safely add gymnastics rings on the dip bars or pull up bar

Cons:
-I mainly bought this power tower because I have a low ceiling basement of about 6’6ft and this power tower can be lowered as low as 5’3 feet. But I didn’t know you actually cant use the pull up and dip bars at length. It’s more for storage than anything else.
-The chin up hand position is weirdly place. My legs are constantly rubbing on the back padded case when going up, making it almost impossible to make a perfect form chin up. Still manageable, but very annoying and not smooth.
-The box and plastic bag was engulfed with small black paint remnant particles. I had to vacuum the entire room after installation.

Conclusion:
I’m not planning to become a bodybuilder anytime soon, I simply want to maintain my shape. This power tower gives me everything I need to stay lean and look better than 99% of the population. I am very happy with my purchase and I guarantee you will also be a happy with the quality for the price. Sturdy stuff that will likely last me for the rest of my life.
Now stop being paranoid and reading all the reviews… simply buy it and start making GAINS!

Update after 2 years (March 2023): Still solid as a brick after 2 years. I use it 3-4 times weekly. As solid as the first day. I still stand on the 5 stars review.
