I had read several reviews on this watch and took a chance. It doesn’t sync to myfitnesspal which is a popular app, it is not tracking calories burned or steps accurately. This is really only good for the time.
Very disappointed I just completed a jog on my treadmill follow by a 30 min HIIT session and it’s not tracking my calories or steps remotely accurate.
Charger was also very hard to connect as it didn’t want to stick to the back.
Poorly designed. Do not recommend.

I gave this 4 stars because the customer service is excellent. I was offered a full refund as i was unsatisfied with the product.
I bought this because it was on sale for $50.00 and my Fitbit had just died. It had good reviews.
The watch itself is very pretty and came with 3 bands that are easy to switch out. It has an accurate step count.
Is it a smart watch? Not at all. It doesn’t let me know about any calls or messages. I have it set up on the app to do so but it doesn’t.
The app for the watch is called FitCloudPro. It also has bad reviews. It doesn’t let you log food or daily activities like the fit bit app. It’s really only there to change your clock face.
If you are just looking for a cute pedometer – this is good for that.
If you are looking for something more than that – this is not the watch or app for you.

the watch comes with a rose gold strap which dug into my wrist luckily there were two plastic straps (not as attractive)

could be because of the watch face graphics
i think i paid 65 +tax so you get what you pay for
