I ended up returning this product, however let me list the pros and cons;

=Pros=
1. Tracks sleep and calories burned (more on this in cons)
2. Has a training mode with various type of activities to select
3. Has customizable homescreen options

=Cons=
1. Not 100% accurate in calorie burn calculations, especially with activities like Boxing.
2. The homescreen shown in the preview images is not actually an option on the actual watch.
3. Interface I found was overly confusing to navigate at times, and did not always do what I wanted.
4. Sleep wasn’t tracked despite having a sleep tracker, and I could not find a way to activate/trigger the option to track it manually.
5. There is no manual-input options.

I bought this to track my boxing to see if the estimated calories burned in the program i use, was accurate. Only to have the watch tell me I only burned 90 calories during an intense 1-hour boxing session. Meaning it only calculated my one wrist. As my program said I should have burned 180 Calories.

=Tip Notes for Potential Buyers=
1. If you care about aesthetics, be aware that the some homescreen options shown in the image, aren’t available on the actual watch.
2. If you are a boxer, or do a similar sport, the calorie burning calculation is inaccurate. I can only comment for boxing, but I had to multiply the watch’s calorie estimate (in this case, it was 90 after a 1h intense workout) by 2, due to it only calculating my one fist.
3. If you wish to have manual options, such as the ability to manually put in your workout and intensity, or even hours slept, it doesn’t appear to be an option.

Disclaimer: I did not test to see if there were more options via USB-Computer setup. But From the limited info the watch gave, there didn’t seem to be an option or even downloadable program for the computer for more options.

Do NOT Recommend.
I found there wasn’t enough info, or customizable options such as manual input. With the fact the calorie tracker was inaccurate, and the sleep tracker didn’t always activate. I cannot recommend this watch.

I will give it a 3-Star rating, simply because I can only comment on the usefulness for Boxers such as myself. It could very well be more useful for tracking jogging, etc. However, I did not test for that, as I am not a runner/jogger.

Worth cost, does what is designed for, nice for a male or female ….price is right and easy to work too.

I ordered the watch because there was excellent reviews. When I received mine I found that steps were inaccurate, I would be on the go all day and the watch said I did 300 steps and my pedometer indicated I did alittle over 6000 steps. It has many fitness activities which I liked but I used it to monitor and it did not track anything. I worked out for an hour, the time showed that it was monitoring but at the end of the workout it showed that no time was tracked. The pulse, SpO2 monitoring works well. I would not buy again. I would spend the money and get a more reliable watch.
