Je suis très satisfait du SHARPAL 191H ! Ce petit outil de poche est vraiment solide, bien conçu et facile à utiliser. Les trois étapes d’affûtage permettent de redonner vie aussi bien à mes vieux couteaux de cuisine qu’à mes couteaux de poche.

Kinda small and doesn’t really feel very heavy duty but it really does seem to work and wow does it stick to the counter. hard to remove it when you’re done with it. Wife wanted new knives but tried this and seems to have got our older knives sharp enough and she’s happy so …..

I works well. I like it because it is small and can go in a drawer. I find it a little hard to lock it to a surface, but I am not young so that is probably the problem. Because of the small size, be careful not to cut yourself. Gloves should be worn.
