The best tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried. , I’ve been getting it for years now. The chocolate isn’t as good. French vanilla is amazing. I mix it into my yogurt every day, and it blends sooo well. Texture in yogurt is very minimally noticeable imo..but I always eat it with fruit or crushed nuts or something. Soooo so good. It doesn’t mix well with water, unless you froth it.

I have a tried a few other brands, Diesel (terrible), Kaizen (good) etc
I think it tastes a bit better than Kaizen and it’s also very powdery and mixed well where as Kaizen tends to clump together when you try to mix it. Diesel or whatever that brand is I bought it at superstore when they no longer sold kaizen and it tastes terrible and gives me the runs. This stuff tastes great, mixes well and doesn’t give me any side affects, I guess that’s a win? I need a bigger size than 2lbs though

this protein digests very well so no problems. Flavour is pretty good. The price could be lower but then all the manufactures are gouging these days.The only thing I don’t like is it is so powdery, be careful not to snort it if you put it on your oatmeal like I do. I prefer the texture of the Diesel but at $120.00 a 5 lb container that is twice the price that Kaizen was at Costco and is the identical protein. Gouge Gouge Gouge! I have been using protein powders for the last 35 years so I consider the Schinoussa a good choice since it is sweetened with stevia and not sucralose or aselfame , you want to stay away from them. I use 75 grams of this protein a day as well as what I get from my diet. I still lift every day and at 71 years of age I’m 5 ft. 6 in.and 180 lbs. I’m still able to cycle,ski and enjoy other physical pursuits thanks to consuming the right amount of whey protein every day. The Schinoussa seems to be doing the job but early days yet so we will see.
