Victoria –
Took ages to arrive but it was a five minute install. It fits our toilet pretty well and slow closes very slowly which is actually okay as the mechanisms loosen up over time. The seat is detachable from the base for easy cleaning. The fittings to the toilet are not connected to each other you have a location post on each side and corresponding holes in the toilet seat lining these up was a little tricky as you cannot fully tighten them up until you adjust the holes to the posts. Once you have the alignment correct then you cannot tighten the posts without removing the toilet seat and then tighten for a final time.

I bought this to replace my Eago Luna toilet seat. The fit and finish are good, and the build quality is much, much better than the awful brittle seat that Eago sells at a over twice the price price and won’t bother replacing, despite its poor quality. I hope other owners of the Luna toilet model (along with TB351, TB338, WA351, WD351, Antila FTL2351, and Tassili, I believe) will see this product and consider getting it as a replacement when their seat inevitably fails.
Alignment is a bit tricky to get perfectly, but once it’s correctly positioned it doesn’t budge. Soft close is great and the seat is quite confortable, although maybe not quite as much as the Eago seat it replaces. The clipping mechanism needs some getting used to, but it’s sturdy. Would buy again, although hopefully I won’t have to!

We replaced all of the toilet seats in our new home. Not only for sanitary reasons but because we like the slow close seats we had in our last home. No more slamming lids! This seat was easy to install and it’s easy to keep clean. It is sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will give way when you’re using it. Be sure to check the style of your toilet before ordering. This one is for elongated toilets. Some of ours were also round.
