This drink is easy to prepare because it mixes well with warm water or cold water, it really doesn’t matter. I usually prefer to mix it with regular water, dissolve the powder, and then put it in the fridge so it’s ready to drink during the day.

The flavor is light but pleasant when using the recommended amount. By that I mean that even if you add more powder, the taste does not change much. Personally, I used a little more water than recommended and I did not notice a big difference in the final flavor.

As for the taste, it slightly tastes like watermelon, but at times it tastes more like peach to me. This is very subjective and other people may experience it differently. I also had my son try it, and he said it tasted like strawberry gummies.

I finished the product over several weeks and did not notice any negative effects. It helped keep me hydrated when I needed it, so I am satisfied with it.

I am someone who uses Electrolyte / Hydration type powders often so I was happy to try a new product that i have not tired before.

I had tried this multiple times over almost a week period and used it at times when I knew I needed the extra hydration/Electrolytes. I found I noticed I was getting the extra’s that I needed just from how I personally felt because as I have said, I am someone who uses this type of product fairly regularly basis and when you do, you just know when you feel something is doing what it is supposed to. In fact I think this was one of the better types of Electrolytes I have tried.

This comes in a slim pouch that has a zip-loc tab across the top so that once you tear open the main seal you can close it back up to keep in fresh while using. It has a small scoop that gives you the exact recommended scoop size per 240ml of water. I really like the little scoop as it has a nice long handle and you can easily find it once you need more.

The flavor I have is Watermelon. It has a very nice pink color that very much reminds me of the pink color you find in an actual watermelon and I have to say, the taste was allot like the actual real watermelon too! It has a great taste and there was no ‘After taste’ which personally is a big deal and can be a deal breaker for this type of product for me.

This has some great nutrients including 24% of Magnesium per 100mg!

This is a great product and I would recommend it.
The only negative thing I would say is that it is a little hard to mix up ‘completely’ and just stirring it with a spoon would leave some little clumps at bottom of the glass, even when I shook it really well in a cup with a lid there would be some (very little, but some) at the bottom not fully mixed, other than the tiny bit at bottom everything was smooth and there was Zero “Grit feel/taste” to the drink. So what i started doing was putting it in my Magic Bullet, that mixed it completely! This could have just been me not mixing or shaking it enough, but for sake of the Review, I figured i would mention it.
