This mouse is very uncomforable because for it leans so much to the right side of the mouse. If you are not use to having two fingers on the right click button on the mouse, you will absoluteley hate this mouse, it doesnt feel comfortable unless you have 2 fingers there. The battery life is really good but thats it. The mouse sucks since its bottom part has a lot of friction which forces you to turn the sensitivity up and also makes it more uncomfortable to use. The mouse is also bad when it comes to gaming and hard clickers. I play games where you have to flick fast and sometimes its a habit to click hard while doing so and thats when this mouse broke. Nothing wrong with the wireless part since its always connected, but the uncomfortableness I feel when touching and using the mouse alongwith the brittle aspect makes this mouse horrid. How can you make a mouse that breaks easily especially if its for gaming, maybe this mouse is more for office work since it breaks easily. Wouldn’t recommend buying this product. This is not a hate comment towards the company red dragon, I just think this is one of the worst products they have, If you really like red dragon then buy a different mouse, NOT THIS ONE!

right after buying the mouse, it did not function correctly with heavy lag and sometimes complete interrupts that would make it unusable, after playing around with different settings i realized the problem isn’t the software but the connection from the mouse to the 2.4GH USB transmitter, so i had to move the usb from the port on the back of the computer to the port on the front so it would work more often.
This way it was working 95% of the time and would still fail randomly with lagging and complete cutouts.
Now after less than a year, the mouse has failed completely, it would not connect whatsoever and nothing that i do will make it work, I changed batteries, usb ports, computers. everything to no avail.

Bought this mouse for my 11 year old daughter as part of her first gaming PC setup. It is a great entry mouse and it has a feel similar to higher end mice (mouses?) like Logitech G502. It came in a nice plastic reusable package too which speaks toward the quality of the product.

For a mouse that takes AA batteries, I’d expect the battery to last at least two months. It doesn’t; It lasts just under one month. This is the life expectancy of a rechargeable mouse. AA batteries are too expensive to use this mouse.
Also, every once in a while, this mouse will lag. While it’s tolerable most of the time, this is terrible if you’re playing a competitive game. Hardware reliability is a big must when selling equipment meant for gaming.

I initially got this product and used if for a couple of months. The mouse then started to glitch and lag. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and friendly and sent out a replacement for the defective mouse. So far the replacement is great and I would recommend getting this mouse for a cheaper option. Not your best choice for gaming since it is wireless but definitely very comfortable and smooth.

Good mouse for the price, smooth and solid, just a bit heavy. The thumb area gets sticky with sweat, and it sometimes goes to sleep so I have to click to wake it. No battery included, but that matches the low price.
