I was mixing up my usual shake and took a sip when I felt something really hard in my mouth. At first I thought maybe it was crumpled paper or something like that based on how it looked, but it was so hard I was genuinely afraid I was going to break my teeth on it. Had to spit it out immediately.
I have no idea what it was or how it got in there but finding something like that in food you’re supposed to consume is pretty concerning. Quality control should catch stuff like this before it gets packaged and shipped out.
The protein powder itself seemed fine before that incident – mixed okay and the vanilla flavor was decent enough. But after finding that hard object I honestly can’t trust what else might be in there that I didn’t catch.
I doubt I will try my chance again with this item. There are too many other protein powder options out there to risk it with one that had something potentially dangerous in it. Even if it was a one-off manufacturing issue, breaking a tooth isn’t worth saving a few bucks.
Really disappointed because the ingredients list looked clean and reviews seemed positive. But safety comes first and this experience killed any confidence I had in the product.

Bought it based on the reviews, not great tasting as stated in the reviews but that is subjective. Not sure if I would buy again. The good thing is that there are not many ingredients. Since there already is stevia, they should remove sucralose.
