Well I updated my controller for Xbox one. And this headphone worked perfect for YouTube. I click the mic button in the search and it wrote everything I said. But I cannot get it to work with COD wwii or COD Modern warfare.
I will try a little longer to get it working with games and if not will purchase the stereo adapter. There is no mic control on the headset only volume of the speakers. So if I can get it to work with games people will be able to hear me unless I shut off the mic manually. Sound is ok and they are comfortable. And would fit from a small child right up to adult. I wore them for an hour or 2 and never sweat around the ears. It feels like a micro cloth covering on the ear pieces. I thought that if you lifted the mic straight up and down position it would shut off but no mic keeps working. Unless you are playing game.
Update I have used it on cod wwii and I could talk to others. So it does work as for cod modern warfare well it has its own problems and they will have to work that out

I bought this set for my son when he started gaming online, then got one for my husband and bought two more sets for friends as birthday presents so they can all play together. Everyone likes them and they work great. They say it’s comfortable and the sound is good. Great value for the price.

I stumbled on this when looking for a cheap headset. The thing that caught my attention is that it doesn’t have plastic earcups or headband like most low-priced Amazon gaming headsets. This has a breathable fabric, which I prefer since those plastic ones will break down and fall apart over time. These are very comfortable, and the earcups also fit over my ears instead of sitting on them. For my larger head these are truly over-ear instead of on-ear.
(+)The plastic body is solid, not noisy and creaky.
(+)The urban camo is very stylish to me, I don’t want shiny coloured panels or gaudy blinky lights.
(+ & -)The boom mic pivots down but isn’t adjustable in any other way. No one has complained about the sound at least, so maybe it’s at the perfect position?
(+ & -)The headset can go pretty loud and has an easy to reach volume slider behind the left ear. The biggest drawback of this headset is sound quality: not great, not terrible. It is muddy compared to my older Astro A40’s, but those were hundreds of dollars…
Overall I would purchase this again. I was looking for a comfortable but cheap set to throw around, so I’m happy with these.

Maybe these are geared toward smaller people or kids but though the head band is more than big enough- fits fine, the ear phones are really more on-ear than “over-ear” and do press on and touch my ears and hurt after some time … Ive gotten used to it . I dont really use these for gaming I have nicer ones for that but I could use them for that and it would work. The microphone seems to work well and I use it for that. I am on a lot of webex meetings and VOIP phone calls and stuff with the headset and its MUCH better than like a mono headset in terms of using it for audio the rest of the time. It has a volume adjustment on the headset itself which works fine. The microphone swings up and down and its a little stiff but works fine- it doesnt mute itself when tilted up as far as I know, maybe it does but If so it doesnt have any kind of indication it does , markings, or audio cues to let you know the way my corsair and others do.- again- PRICE. The audio quality is about a 6-10… maybe a 7-10. depending on your tastes with a 1 being a mono headset with 0 bass and a 10 being like a pair of Sennheiser 400 dollar headphones – so dont take 6 as that much of an insult its serviceable but it isnt a “premium” feeling audio. You wont feel like youre listening to a tin can or something. For general use its fine.
I rated these a 5 because of price. Because for the PRICE- All of those things align fine and I am getting what I paid for. If it were a 70 dollar pair of headphones I would want them to be VERY comfortable, sound better, and have a more premium feel- but for this like… 20 dollar price point? Great, Best you could hope for unless you get really lucky with a used higher end gaming head set. And for a kid ? Fine. They seem plenty durable to me, they have enough flex that I do not at all feel worried they’ll suddenly snap or fall apart. “TOYISH” but not in a “crappy” way, just cheap plastic engineered reasonably well to do the job.
