The ring works as expected, no flaws, good design. The application provides excellent AI-based analysis that I can rely on because it matches my self-assessment and the results from alternative sensing devices. I am happy to switch finally from the Samsung Watch 6 Classic, which seems to be “abandonware” based on how long it takes to fix the sleep-monitoring issues.

I first ordered a size 11 but ended up exchanging it for a size 10, which fits much better. I highly recommend using the sizing kit and wearing a few sizes over a couple of days to find the right fit to ensure an good fit.

I ordered the Oura ring after using the official sizing kit. Unfortunately, the actual ring turned out to be noticeably larger than the sample size, and it slipped off my finger. I had to return it. The product itself looks high-quality and functional, but the sizing kit is inaccurate, which is disappointing. I also want to note that the automatic CAD 10 charge was not applied. I hope the manufacturer improves the sizing kit. I plan to order a smaller size because I really liked the device.

I originally bought the Black size 12 for my right middle finger. But when I lost my wedding ring and needed to replace it I decided to get this brushed silver size 9. You can’t keep two Oura rings active so the 12 went into a drawer (till I can sell it). This 9 has gotten a bit scratched. Take care with things like switching watch bands on an Apple Ultra watch. The titanium easily scratches this brushed silver. Then when I lightly scratched the front of the ring (daily use) I was very upset. Strangely, after another week of wearing the ring, the scratch appears to be gone. The ones done on the back from the titanium watch are still there but a simple surface scratch on the front side seems to have buffed away from regular wearing. It does shimmer in the right light which is truly beautiful and I’m glad I paid the extra for the brushed silver design. As for the software well that is why I’m with Oura. I’m glad to pay an annual membership if it means they’ll stick around and I’ll keep getting updates without being asked to micro-pay for any feature. It accurately detects behaviour and when it asks me to fill in details it almost always guesses right (knowing yardwork when I mow the lawn vs being on the treadmill). I’m a very happy customer.

I hesitated for a while before investing in this gadget. And I love my Gadgets! but after doing some homework on the competition, I decided to jump for it.

First, the fit and metal colour are great, I couldn’t be happier, the quality and durability is insane, i do everything with it, I rarely take it off.
The connectivity to my Samsung Z Fold6 was flawless, no hiccups, plus, everything you open the app, it updates in no time. so great compatibility.

Now, you need to give it time to gather data about you, of course… it will not happen overnight which is quite right, but the intel you get afterwards is great.
Your body age, sleep quality, energy available, your stress, it is such a great little ring. it is a lot of money for such a small device but the value for money is worth it.

I highly recommend it if you are curious and want to be nudge in the right direction for better health.
