Taste is pretty good although the lemon didn’t help the flavour any, I’d prefer it without, just more sweetened icetea flavour would be better, as I’m used to homemade sun tea(Earl Grey) and half iced tea mix. But this stuff worked great this summer it was so hot I almost passed out at work(thank God a nurse snapped me out of it as I was about to go down). The next day I receive this stuff, and what a difference it made, more alert, not as thirsty, and just better feeling overall, and felt better after work too. What more can you ask for. I found out after the fact you should only use 2 tubes per day, thar one day I used 8, with no side effects or problems.

Love this drink mix. I decided on the wild raspberry flavor after trying a sample. The powder mixes up great and doesn’t clump up and isn’t chalky tasting. I typically use a shaker bottle and 2 cups of cold water. The container comes with a precise measurement scoop for easy mixing each time , no guess work needed. My one complaint would be that if you mix it and drink right away there can be some grainy texture in the water. I find that the longer the powder sits in the water the better it is. I find the electrolytes do help with dehydration especially in the hot summer months when out walking and during workouts.

I like these. I didn’t have super high hopes for them. Not a huge fan of electrolyte drinks but I really like these. I especially like the raspberry and the pineapple passion fruit ones. They’re not too sweet which is nice. They also don’t taste medicinal and chalky like typical electrolyte mixes do. Definitely will be reordering again.

Love these electrolytes. I’ve tried many electrolyte brands and these are by far my favourite. The ice tea flavour is mild and not too sweet. I also love the lemon and raspberry flavours although they are just a bit sweeter.

This product keeps me hydrated. It also tastes very good. I love the product but it took over a month to get it. The seller was great and very informative regarding the delay.
