I am really surprised that this toothbrush has so many positive reviews and high star ratings. I purchased it back in October (three months ago) and planned on having it for a long time. I have used a variety of different electric toothbrushes over the years, including both oral-b brand and phillips sonicare and I do believe they give a superior clean compared to a manual toothbrush when used correctly. My recent one died after approximately 5 years of use and so I decided to upgrade with this model. The reviews looked good and it was in the middle range price wise. Upon first use I did notice it was a little awkward and messier than my previous model, but I can live with that. The motor on this model still works great at three months and it keeps a charge for a long time. However, when I removed the head the first time to change it I noticed it was incredibly dirty around the base of the toothbrush and inside the detachable head. I remove the head to clean it often, but not every single use. Upon changing it, I noticed it had actually started to grow black mold in the detachable head of the toothbrush. I replaced the head and decided to remove and clean it more often, but upon the second replacement I faced the same issue. There is a small opening in the neck of the toothbrush that allows water to get in and this is the perfect habitat for mold. I attempted to reach out to customer support to see if there is something I am doing wrong or if this is a regular issue, but the support only offered assistance on battery life and things of that nature. I am disappointed to have to throw it away and look for something different (without this gap in the neck) because I spent the money and it’s only three months old, but I’m too grossed out to give it another try. My suggestion is if you are looking to invest in this toothbrush you should make sure you remove and clean the detachable head really well with every single use and leave it to dry in between uses. Otherwise look for something easier to keep dry and clean.

It did not work, I had to wait half a month to get it and now I have placed a return and till date it’s been another 20 days and I haven’t received my refund yet. Very frustrating experience.

The red light that comes on when you press too hard on your teeth is a great feature, as it helps prevent any damage to your gums. After using it, my teeth always feel noticeably cleaner. It comes with an extra toothbrush head, which is a nice touch, and I love the preset timer that breaks up the brushing into 30-second intervals based on the quadrants of your mouth. The battery holds a charge for a long time, making it super reliable and convenient. The design is sleek and simple, and while it may not matter much, the forest green color is definitely a cool bonus. One thing to note is that you should remove the toothbrush head every now and then to clean the area where it sits on the base, as it can get a little grimy. Overall, this is a fantastic toothbrush I highly recommend!
