This is what pops up when you research some of the best proteins. I do have to say I am not a fan of the flavour. Not at all. I have to chug it down or I cant drink it. I’ve tried mixing it with a few liquids and still not a fan. Disappointing. However the protein to calorie ratio is good which is important. It does also make good protein pancakes. Not sure if I would buy again due to taste..

I got this bag for 25 bucks, which to me is reasonable for 1.5 pounds. The only thing though, is that the bag I received is two months away from expiring. Thankfully, I’ll finish this batch within the month but still, not everyone consumes a shake daily, so just be careful with the expiration date when ordering.

I tried both the Extreme Milk chocolate and the double rich chocolate, the first was good but a bit sweet for my taste, yet the double rich chocolate is better, I added a small spoon of instant coffee to it with cold milk, it was soooo good and dissolves really well, it even makes some froth when shook well.
