This works wonders. My kid takes it without any issues or difficulty. They are very specific with texture and taste. I was worried, but he takes it without any issues. Results are almost instant, at this point. He takes it every day for several months now and I can see a difference on the days where he’s missed a couple days. When he takes this, he’s very focused and answers his name sooner. He can sit and do homework without losing track of what he’s doing. It’s been life changing for us. Which I don’t say lightly and anyone with a child with AuDHD will understand where I’m coming from.

It’s so much easier to give one teaspoon of this than a handful of different pills. The flavor is pleasant, and my child takes it with no problem. I just received this a couple days ago, so I have no idea how affective it is. But both myself and my 14 year old son tried it. The taste is okay, there’s no fishy taste (even afterwards if burp). My son mixed it with lemon cottage cheese at first, then the next day just drank it off a spoon, he seemed to prefer just taking it off the spoon. Swallowing oil felt weird to do texture wise, but other than that taste is good. Will update my review if I notice any difference in my ADHD son taking this
