I’ve been taking these NOW Psyllium Husk Capsules for a few weeks now, and they’ve been a reliable and gentle way to boost daily fiber intake. Each capsule is easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetable-based, non-GMO, and free of unnecessary additives. Unlike some fiber powders that can be gritty or hard to mix, the capsule form is super convenient—you just take them with a full glass of water, and there’s no taste or texture to deal with.
I noticed improvements in regularity within the first week, without any harsh cramping or urgency that some fiber products can cause. These really help with digestive comfort and maintaining a steady rhythm. One thing to keep in mind is that you do need to take several capsules per serving to get the full fiber benefit, so the bottle can go quicker than expected if you’re using them daily. Drinking plenty of water is a must with psyllium, otherwise you may feel some bloating.

As someone who struggles with chronic constipation, I’m always on the lookout for natural remedies to alleviate my discomfort. After reading positive reviews on Amazon, I decided to try the NOW Psyllium Husk Capsules, hoping they would provide relief. However, despite the promising feedback, I found that this product didn’t help me much, and I won’t be purchasing it again.
Based on the reviews I read, I had high hopes for the NOW Psyllium Husk Capsules. Many users reported significant improvements in their digestive health and relief from constipation. Unfortunately, my personal experience was quite different. After taking the recommended dosage for an extended period, I didn’t notice any significant changes in my bowel movements or overall digestive regularity.
The 200-count bottle provides an ample supply, and the capsules are easy to swallow. The product itself appears to be of good quality, and there were no issues with the packaging or capsules.
As a chronic constipated person, I didn’t notice significant improvements in my digestive health or relief from my symptoms after using this product. While it’s essential to consider that individual results may vary, I personally won’t be repurchasing these capsules.
