Eyes burning? Like campfire smoke in your eyes? Note that this one does not contain Molybdenum or Selenium so you should strongly consider supplementing that yourself as this dose will deplete you. Don’t understand why they don’t say anything about that.

I started taking NOW NAC 1000mg tablets recently and I’m impressed with the quality. The tablets are a bit large but still easy enough to take with water. Within just a few days, I’ve noticed I feel clearer mentally and I seem to recover a bit faster from workouts. I mainly purchased NAC for its antioxidant support and to help with lung health, and while it’s too soon for long-term results, so far I’m very happy with the product.
NOW is a brand I trust for supplements, and this NAC seems potent and pure. No side effects at all so far. I’ll definitely keep using it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid NAC supplement.

I’ve tried NAC from other brands before and noticed clearer benefits — better focus, recovery, and mood stability. This one has a solid 1000mg dose, but for some reason, I didn’t feel the same results. Maybe the absorption or quality is different. It’s not a bad product, but it didn’t really stand out for me either. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s okay, just not as effective as others I’ve used.
