It pretty good, tastes ok, not sure if it quite as strong as some other pre workout on the market but get a definite good pump

Unfortunately, I found that the beta-alanine and caffeine, which are key ingredients in this formula, didn’t have much of an effect on me unless I doubled the scoop. This was disappointing, as I expected more from a product marketed to deliver a powerful pre-workout boost.

When using just the recommended serving size, I barely noticed any difference in my energy levels or focus during workouts.
