If you’re trying to diet or eat healthy, this is probably not the best protein. If you don’t care or are limiting fat already, this is a good protein snack!
The leftover bottom was a bit hard to gather for eating. I choked on the powder while dumping the bag content in my mouth.

I recently tried Nature Valley’s Protein Granola and really enjoyed it! It’s crunchy, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. I like that it has a good amount of protein—it keeps me full longer, especially when I sprinkle it on yogurt or eat it as a quick snack. The peanut butter flavor is my favorite so far. It can be a bit sweet, but overall it’s a convenient and tasty option when I’m on the go or need something quick between meals.
